【关于水带缠绕器】 我公司生产水带接口缠绕机器，它有夹具、绞线器和不锈钢软丝组合。夹具采用不锈钢材料制作，在软管固定时能很好将接头缠紧，适用于任何标准台钳使用。绞线机是铝合金制作的，配套不锈钢SS304软丝规格有1.4毫米和1.8毫米二种规格, 可以自由更换。本产品适用于缠绕固定所有橡胶内衬输水软管，同样适用于专业海洋输水管。铁质框架内含线轴，导丝辊以及手闸来控制作用力。对于仅需装配少数消防软软与接头需求，这是一种价廉且操作简便的工具。扎线好软管接口其使用压力必须小于PN16，负压在-0.8公斤下使用。

把底座放置任意高处平整位置端口。
Put the base of reeling equipment onto smooth table. 准备老虎钳、水带、水带接口。 Prepare the pincer pliers, fire hose and hose coupling. |

将水带接口装卡在水带缠绕设备的卡爪上，用螺杆扳手收紧。
Insert the hose coupling into reeling equipment (see picture) tighten the hose coupling by spanner. |

松开蝶形螺母，将钢丝绳一端放入钢丝固定套并用锁紧轮锁紧。
Loose the butterfly nut, put the end of steel-wire into fixed sleeve of steel-wire then tighten the sleeve by locking wheel. |

根据水带接口大小对应将钢丝绳弯成如下形状。
Bending the steel-wire according to size of hose coupling. |

开始缠绕。
Reeling. |

绕2~3圈后旋紧蝶形螺母，根据水带接口形式绕合适的圈数。
Screw down the butterfly nut after reeling 2-3 circles, then reeling the wire according to hose coupling type. |

松开锁紧轮，用老虎钳将伸出端收紧
Loose the locking wheel, tighten the excess wire by pincer pliers. |
||
 |
剪断缠绕器上的钢丝与伸出端收紧（将两根钢丝缴成"麻花"状）。
Cut the wire of reeling equipment, and twist with excess wire. |
||
 |
用完后放入泡沫箱内以便下次使用。
Put the equipment into foam box for next time using. |
||
