Rail brake hose
Standards: Hose: Specifica tecnica Trenitalia n° 373407. Rubber: UNI CEI 11170-1-2-3, NF F16-101, EN ISO 11925-2, DIN 5510-2.
Application: softwall hose designed as a flexible connection in air brake systems on rail carriages and locomotives. It is fire resistant with low toxicity and low smoke emission. Coils: supplied usually in application lengths with tapered ends.
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), long lasting rubber, weathering, ozone, and oil resistant.
Branding: embossed stripe “IVG/class.../quarter and year of production” and coloured transfer stripe.
