Protected rail brake hose

Application: softwall hose designed as a flexible connection in air brake systems in rail carriages and locomotive systems. Fire resistance with low toxicity and low smoke emission is guaranteed by fiber glass protections embedded in the hose wall. Flame resistant at least 15 minutes. (TGM-VA KU 20587-1-Austria). Construction
Tube: black, smooth, fire resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord and heat resistant fiber glass plies.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), long lasting rubber, weathering, ozone, oils and fire resistant.
Branding: continuous embossed stripe “TGM-VA KU 20587-1/FIRE PROTECT/YEAR/PAT PENDING/IVG”.
