Self floating delivery hose for petroleum products
Application: self floating hardwall hose, designed as a flexible connection between ship and oil rig to convey drilling mud and petroleum products with aromatic content up to 50%.
The buoyancy reserve (D1) is calculated following the OCIMF standard.
Temperature: from -20°C (-4°F) a +90°C (+194°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic plies, steel helix and anti-static copper wires.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish) synthetic rubber. Resistant to oil, abrasion, weathering and sea water.
Branding: spiral orange solid rubber stripe.
