Self floating delivery hose for potable water
Standards: FDA tit.21, art 177.2600 for aqueous food. BfR XXI cat. 2 for food. EU regulation CE 1935/04 and CE 2023/06.
Application: self floating hardwall hose, designed as a flexible connection between ship and oil rig to convey potable water.
The reserve buoyancy is calculated following the OCIMF standard.
Temperature: from -40°C(-40°F) to +100°C(+212°F).
Construction
Tube: white, smooth, food quality IIR rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: orange, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber weathering, ozone, and sea-water resistant.
Branding: spiralled white rubber stripe.
