Delivery of solutions based on urea
Application: softwall hose for the transfer of 32,5% urea aqueous solution (AUS 32) according to spec. ISO 22241, that dramatically reduces the amount of NOx in diesel transport vehicles (SCR technology), in agreement with the goals Euro IV, Euro V and Euro VI.
Temperature: -40°C(-40°F) +100°C(+212°F) peaks to 120°C(248°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, antistatic (R<1MΩ/m), and sulphur free EPDM rubber. No contamination of the additive as per ISO 22241-2 Method I - CERISIE analysis RP. n. 273/2014.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic textile fabrics.
Cover: black, smooth, antistatic (R<1MΩ/m), EPDM rubber compound, ozone, heat and weather resistant.
Branding: IVG RUBBER HOSE IVGBLUE – 10 BAR (or 20 BAR) W.P. – SIZE – BATCH NUMBER.
