应用范围: 钢丝加强层蒸气管，用于输送最大工作压力为18 bar 的饱 和蒸汽。具有耐油外胶层。用于化工，石化以及一般工业应用。不建议用于蒸汽清洗机。该管可在18 bar 工作压力时短时间耐 230°C 的超热蒸汽。注意：用于超热蒸汽后会缩短管子使用寿命。为延长寿命请用后将管内的水排净

Steam hose for 210°C
Standards: EN ISO 6134/05 type 2 class B (Ω).
Application: steel cord hose for saturated steam at a maximum working pressure 18 bar; it has an oil resistant cover. Used in the chemical industry, petrochemical and industrial applications in general. Not recommended for steam cleaner. The hose can be used for peaks of superheated steam at 230°C and at 18 bar. Attention: the use of superheated steam reduces the hose life. For longer life drain after use.
Temperature: from -40°C (-40°F) to +210°C (+410°F).
Construction
Tube: black, smooth, EPDM rubber, resistant to saturated steam.
Reinforcement: inserts of steel wire.
Cover: black, pin pricked, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetc rubber with excellent resistance to high temperatures, weathering, ageing and oils.
Branding: continuous embossed marking “IVG - EN ISO 6134:2005 -
2B - STEAM - 18 Bar - 210°C - D.I. - Ω - quarter and year of manufacture”.
