软管结构

加强层: 高强力合成线绳加螺旋钢丝
外层: 黑色，平滑（表面布纹），耐化学品、耐磨，抗老化和耐臭氧的EPDM合成橡胶
电阻性: 电导率1x103Ω≤R≤1x106Ω/m

Conductive hose for chemicals, food, petroleum, UPE tube
Standards: EN 12115:11. Tube FDA tit.21 item 177.1520, BfR cat. III. Tested acc. to EN 13463-1/EN 60079. Phthalates free.
Application: hardwall smooth hose to convey a wide range of chemicals, food, petroleum products and oils. Tested and approved by INERIS for use in ATEX areas.
Temperature: -30°C(-22°F) +100°C(212°F) depending on medium.
Construction
Tube: black and white speckled, smooth, food quality UPE. Chemical resistance according to IVG chemical resistance chart. For temperature exceeding 50°C contact IVG.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord plus steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), EPDM rubber, resistant to chemicals, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Electrical Resistance: Ω/T, electrically conductive hose, 1x103Ω≤R≤1x106Ω/lgth. The hose can be used in ATEX areas.
Branding: continuous blue/white stripe “IVG Chem THUNDERFLEX...”. Embossed according to EN 12115.
